E-mail Print PDF

At its Annual General Meeting on November 29, elections for the 2009 Committee of the NSW Medical Students' Council took place and we are pleased to announce the following individuals will be advancing the cause of NSW's medical students over the year ahead:

  • Chair: Sam Hwang (Med V UNSW)
  • Secretary: Theresa Ly (Med IV Sydney)
  • Treasurer: Kimberley Nguyen (Med IV UNSW)
  • Director of Events: Laura Collie (Med II Notre Dame)
  • Sponsorship: Patrick Stewart (Med IV UNSW)
  • IT/Publications: Patricia Ly (Med II UNSW)
Those with some experience with the NSWMSC will note the institution of several new portfolios in 2009, namely Chair, Director of Events and IT/Publications. With these key new positions successfully passed into the Constitution on November 29, we look forward to the work of these individuals to build the MSC from its humble roots.
